Important Notes:

1. Registration fee MUST be paid upon every successful enrollment. It is non-refundable.

2. Payment can be made through online banking to KLC official bank account. Kindly state invoice number in the payment reference & email to klcgirls2018@gmail.com.

3. Security deposit is payable together with the other fees upon confirmed enrollment. It is refundable subject to compliance with the Withdrawal Policy.

4. A two (2) months notice must be served if the student(s) intend(s) to leave KLC. Failure to submit a withdrawal notice as per agreement, a penalty charge of RM 500 will be imposed.

5. Fee is still payable for student who is on an extended leave period.

7. Monthly fee is charged for the whole academic year, for example from January until December.

8. Books fee & KLC official T-shirt will be charged separately.
